1. Who We Are

SharedSource ("we," "us," "our") operates the website getsharedsource.com (the "Site"), including its pre-launch waitlist and contact form. SharedSource is an early-stage project currently run by an individual, Stephen Lin (not yet a registered company).

2. What This Covers

These Terms apply to your use of the Site, including joining the waitlist and using the contact form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product or a launch date — we may change, delay, or discontinue the project at any time.

3. Eligibility

Anyone 13 or older is welcome to browse the Site. To join the waitlist or use the contact form, though, you need to be 18 or older — so if you're not there yet, come back once you are. And whatever info you give us (like your email) should be accurate.

4. Acceptable Use

Please don't use bots or scripts on the Site, interfere with its operation, or provide false information. We may restrict or remove your access if you violate these rules.

5. No Guarantees ("As-Is")

The Site is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you've paid us. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms, or modify, suspend, or end the Site (including the waitlist and contact form), at any time without notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first — we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, either of us can pursue it in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
