SharedSource is an early-stage project currently run by an individual, Stephen Lin (not yet a registered company). This policy covers the personal information we collect through getsharedsource.com.

What We Collect

We keep data collection minimal:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist.
• Name, email, and message — when you use our contact form.

That's it. No payment info, no tracking, no sensitive data.

How We Use It

• Waitlist emails: To notify you about our launch and major updates.
• Contact form info: To read and respond to what you send us.

We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't use it to build a profile of you.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your information with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Service providers who help us run the Site (e.g., email or form tools), who are strictly bound to only use your data for that purpose.
• If required by law (e.g., a valid court order).
• If SharedSource is ever acquired, your data may transfer with it, under the same protections.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or when the waitlist or contact record is no longer needed.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sending sensitive details through the contact form.

Children

The waitlist and contact form are only for people 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 submitted their information, we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information anytime. We will respond within 30 days.
